Leading Segue’s Program Management efforts, to meet all organizational goals and requirements.
As the Director of the Program Management Office, Robert is responsible for creating, implementing, refining, and executing policy, procedures, monitoring and controls for consistent successful program management and related corporate initiatives. He supports our business verticals, ensuring Information Technology programs meet organization and customer’s goals & requirements, defines best practices and maintains Segue’s Program Management framework. Additionally, Robert ensures Segue Projects adhere to CMMI and ISO standards, and implements corrective actions and improvements to ensure we are compliant and successfully pass external audits.
With over 20 years of experience supporting commercial, DoD and civilian contracts in organizational operations and program management roles, Robert has the expertise to understand Program Management from the corporate and customer sides. Robert’s background in Operations Management, Risk Management, Budget Development and Program Management allows him to effectively work with each Program and Project manager, to ensure effective teamwork, communication and collaboration over different program spaces.
Robert holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Lebanon Valley College (’97) and an Associate’s Degree in Project Management from The George Washington University (’05). Robert is also a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
