Inc. magazine included Segue Technologies on its annual Inc. 5000 ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. The 2008 Inc. 5000, as listed in the September issue of Inc., hits newsstands August 28. The Inc. 5000 is an annual list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies which measures growth in terms of revenue. Since its founding in 1997, Segue Technologies has grown from a small software development company to a multi-million dollar technology and government services company with sales growth of 133% over the past three years. In addition to revenue growth, Segue Technologies has more than doubled its number of employees since 2006. This rapid growth also propelled Segue Technologies into the top 100 list of government services companies. Ron Novak, Executive Vice President at Segue Technologies, responded to the honor by noting, “Since 1982 the Inc. 500 and now the Inc. 5000 has served as a barometer for the financial growth and success of private companies. Our inclusion in this list is a testament to the hard work and ability our employees have displayed over the last 10 years. We are truly excited about this honor and look forward to continue providing exceptional information technology solutions for new and existing clients.” Complete information on this year’s Inc. 5000, including company profiles and a list of the fastest-growing companies by industry and region can be found at www.inc.com.
