What Do You Like About Segue?
The People. Segue has one of the best teams that I have worked with – everyone is so supportive, encouraging, and kind. There is a strong connection amongst teams within the organization as they are always ready to support each other at the drop of a hat. We work here together to fulfill the Segue mission along with meeting our own personal goals! Management is continuously asking employees how they can help their employees grow and reach meet milestones for their careers.
How does Segue contribute to your professional growth?
I have been able to learn and grow over the course of a year by gaining active experience working on proposal opportunities independently. I know I can reach out for help at any time and receive the support that I need to do my job well. My work and dedication to my job is recognized and I was awarded a promotion at my 1-year mark. I have plans to further my knowledge in my area of expertise and I have company support to pursue the education that I want. I am encouraged to ask questions and provide my opinions, and this is extremely empowering for me.

This is a great organization to be a part of. We are professional, courteous, and kind, and treat one another with the utmost respect.
