About the Client

The Manpower Military Personnel Appropriation (MPA) Man-day Management System (M4S), provides Air Force Senior Leadership with the detail management and accountability for the activation of Air Reserve Component (ARC) Personnel supporting the Active Regular Air Force (RegAF) mission-based manpower requirements. M4S is the management tool necessary for the accountability of MPA Man-day funds expended under the authority and jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Air Force (SecAF) through the Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Manpower, Personnel and Services, HQ USAF/A1.

The Challenge

Air Force A1M required services providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary for the ongoing support of M4S, to include development, testing, production, help desk, maintenance and sustainment. M4S is a web-based tool requiring contractor support that is knowledgeable of both the technologies of the system, as well as the Air Force functional mission it supports. M4S is used by all the Air Force Major Commands (MAJCOMs), Direct Reporting Units (DRUs), Field Operating Agencies (FOAs), as well as Headquarters Air Force, Combatant Commands (COCOMs), the Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) and the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Force Generation Center (FGC).

The Solution

Segue provides development and sustainment services for M4S, to include personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary for the ongoing enhancement, testing and production sustainment of the system. Key tasks include:
