Segue Technologies® is excited to announce the addition of Cheryl Nicewaner, who will serve as the Program Manager for Segue’s NETCENTS-2 contract. During a seven year period, Segue will be one of 12 small businesses competing to provide the Air Force with IT products, services, and solutions under this ID/IQ (indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity) contract vehicle. Cheryl’s addition to the team will undoubtedly put the company in the best position to win work under this contract vehicle and help push Segue towards further growth.
“I had really admired Segue’s model and the individuals and the excellence. If I had to define Segue in two words I would say “high caliber”- I mean, it’s an extremely capable, niche company,” said Nicewaner. “For me, it was a tremendous benefit to be a Program Manager on a Contract that I have familiarity with and to be able to do it with a company such as Segue Technologies.”
Cheryl comes to Segue from Kratos Technology and Training Solutions where she was the GSA Alliant Program Manager on a multiple-award, ID/IQ government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) for information technology (IT) solutions with a $50B ceiling.
As the program manager of this Air Force Small Business (SB) contract vehicle, Cheryl will oversee all activities, manage the entire infrastructure, organize teaming relations and functions- including bids and solicitations- and execute on the task orders that Segue wins. Her work with Kratos, as well as her experience as Program Manager of NETCENTS-1 for NCI, makes her extremely well suited for her new role. Cheryl will be based in Dayton, Ohio.
