Segue Leadership Promotions 2018

As Segue Technologies continues to grow and expand its capabilities, it is critical that the company have the right leadership in place. To meet this need, Segue has reorganized its corporate structure to best support planned expansion into both new and current customer spaces, and has promoted the following individuals:

Segue’s David Hart has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships. David has been a driving force for partnerships, business development, and corporate growth since he started at Segue in July 2008. During that time, he has played a critical role in helping Segue realize an incredible five-fold increase in annual Air Force revenues. David has also served as a beacon of goodwill, promoting a positive image of Segue and its employees within the DoD customer and industry community through his efforts founding the Fast Rope networking group and Blue Skies for Good Guys and Gals Warrior Foundation. In his role as Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, David will provide leadership and direction for establishing strategic partnerships, as well as all sales and marketing activities for Segue with the primary goal of revenue growth.

Segue’s Cheryl Nicewaner has been promoted to Vice President of Corporate GWAC/IDIQ Programs. Cheryl has been the architect and key builder of Segue’s NETCENTS-2 Application Services (NC-2) IDIQ contract vehicle. Since being hired in October 2012, Cheryl has built our NC-2 Program Management Office from the ground-up, earning recognition for exceptional operations from the government customer as well as securing over $123.5M in contract awards. Cheryl sets the standard for trust and ethical behavior and her advice and insight is highly sought after from government customers and industry partners. In her role as Vice President of Corporate GWAC/IDIQ Programs, Cheryl will provide leadership and direction for successfully managing and leveraging Segue contract vehicles with the primary goal of revenue growth. Additionally, Cheryl will lead the design and implementation of Segue GWAC/IDIQ operations into a centralized service model supporting the Segue Business Vertical Vice Presidents, including proposal management and other support.

Segue’s Lyda Mitchell has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. Lyda has been the backbone of Segue operations since she was hired in June 2007. She has been instrumental in successfully navigating Segue’s growth and expansion from an accounting, contracting, human resources, and total operations standpoint. She is focused, organized, and diligent in effectively managing a wide range of competing – and sometimes conflicting demands. Most importantly, Lyda is a consistent advocate for the care and well-being of Segue’s employees and works hard every day to make Segue successful as a company and a place where people truly want to work. In her role as Vice President of Operations, Lyda will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling overall operations and professional/support services to include contract administration and leadership with respect to strategy. She will also be responsible for directing the fiscal functions of Segue, to include budgeting, accounting and financial reporting.

Segue’s Matthew Klapmust has been promoted to Vice President of Air Force Programs. Matt started working as a Support Technician at Segue in December 2001. His ability to understand technology, people, and Air Force processes were the driving force for his taking on positions of increasing responsibility. In his role as Vice President of Air Force Programs, Matt will be responsible for managing and directing activities within Segue’s Air Force business portfolio. This includes opportunity identification, assessment, capture, successfully delivery of services and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Matt will provide leadership with respect to strategy, team building, and overall account management.

Segue’s Charles Koch has been promoted to Vice President of Federal Programs. Charly started working at Segue in August 2003, serving as a Systems Analyst. His attention to detail and results-oriented approach propelled him into the world of program management. He has expertly managed MPES, Segue’s largest IT program, and has led many successful proposal efforts in support of capturing new work.  In his role as Vice President of Federal Programs, Charly will be responsible for managing and directing activities within Segue’s Federal business portfolio. This includes opportunity identification, assessment, capture, successfully delivery of services and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Charly will provide leadership with respect to strategy, team building, and overall account management.

These individuals have all exhibited a true commitment to doing things the right way to help solve our customer’s challenges by consistently delivering high quality and innovative products and services. Through specific actions and results, each of them has played a key role in helping Segue grow and become a recognized leader within our industry. More importantly, they each have consistently demonstrated an appreciation and concern for the professional growth and personal well-being of our employees.
